England’s women coach Mark Sampson was fired by the FA for having an affair with one of his players while he was at Bristol Academy.
Sampson was fired last week following allegations of inappropriate conduct during his tenure as the manager of Bristol Academy in addition to the allegations of racism from some England players.
According to Daily Mail, the FA sacked the 34-year-old after they learnt that he had an affair with one of his players.

The player in question is said to be over 18 and had no problems with the affair which lasted for about six months.
Sampson was also found guilty of ‘over- socialising' with Bristol players according to the FA safeguarding report that led to his sacking.
Sampson was coach of FA Women's Premier League club Bristol Academy between 2009 and 2013 before he was appointed manager of the England's women team.
His sacking came after he was cleared of racism by England’s women international Eni Aluko.

Aluko last May submitted an email complaint to the FA accusing Sampson of racism and bullying and harassment.
The 30-year-old claimed that she was once told by the former England coach to make sure her 'Nigerian relatives did not bring Ebola to a match' before England played Germany in November 2014.
Aluko will give evidence to the Parliamentary select committee on sports governance on Wednesday, October 18.
